Position Title: Senior Analyst, HR Technical Training

Location: Irvine California 92618

Duration: 18 Months (Possible Extension/Conversion)/ No C2C

Position Overview

This role's primary responsibility is coordinating and executing the New Hire Orientation (NHO) program at the Oak Canyon site, ensuring a consistent, engaging, and compliant onboarding experience for manufacturing personnel. The individual will partner cross-functionally to support onboarding, Onthe-Job Training (OJT), and qualification activities, enabling new hires to become productive, compliant, and confident in their roles. This position plays a critical role in supporting production ramp-up efforts by ensuring training readiness, coordination of onboarding logistics, and alignment with quality and regulatory expectations.

Non Negotiables (Must Have's)

• Bachelor's degree in Training & Development, Education, Quality, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience in a regulated manufacturing or quality environment.
• Experience supporting and facilitating onboarding, training coordination, or OJT programs.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Negotiables (Desired)

• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training documentation processes
• Knowledge of GMP, ISO, or regulatory training environments
• Experience supporting manufacturing ramp-up or high-volume onboarding
