Job Description
The Loan Administration team is a critical part of Antares, responsible for ensuring the accurate, timely, and controlled processing of investment activity across the firm's managed portfolios. The Senior Analyst, Loan Administration supports the day‑to‑day administration of loan activity and plays an important role in ensuring loan transactions and lifecycle events are accurately recorded in Wall Street Office (WSO) in accordance with documented processes and control standards.
This role is primarily execution‑focused, with increasing responsibility and complexity, and is designed for an individual who understands most loan lifecycle events but continues to receive oversight, training, and guidance from senior team members.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range at the time of posting is below. Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits. Actual base salary within the specified range is comprised of several components, including but not limited to applicant's skill, prior relevant experience, specific degrees and certifications, job responsibilities, market considerations and the location of the position.
This role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus (based on company, business unit and individual performance).

Base Salary Range
$90,000 - $105,000
