Akkodis is seeking a Senior Analyst, Market & Customer Intelligence for a Direct Hire with a client in Exton, PA (Hybrid). The ideal candidate must have proven expertise in Voice of Customer programs, product analytics, and strategic intelligence, transforming customers, market, and competitive insights into actionable business decisions.
Salary Range: $150K/Yearly to $180K/Yearly; The salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Senior Analyst, Market & Customer Intelligence Job Responsibilities include:
Design, execute, and analyze Voice of Customer (VoC) programs, including NPS surveys, customer interviews, and advisory panels to generate actionable business insights.
Conduct competitive intelligence and market research to identify industry trends, competitor strategies, buyer behavior, and market opportunities.
Perform win/loss analysis by interviewing customers and prospects to understand key factors influencing purchasing decisions and business outcomes.
Utilize product analytics tools (e.g., Pendo, Mixpanel) to assess customer adoption, usage patterns, friction points, and opportunities for product improvement.
Develop and deliver executive-level reports, white papers, competitive analyses, case studies, and strategic intelligence briefs to support business decision-making.
Collaborate with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and executive leadership teams to translate customer and market intelligence into product roadmap, commercial strategy, and operational improvements.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, Market Research, Finance, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
10+ years of progressive experience in market research, customer intelligence, competitive analysis, or related analytical roles within a B2B SaaS, technology, fintech, or banking software environment.
Proven experience designing and managing Voice of Customer (VoC) programs, including NPS, customer interviews, advisory panels, win/loss analysis, and product usage analytics (e.g., Pendo, Mixpanel).
Exceptional analytical and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to translate market, customer, and competitive intelligence into executive-level recommendations that influence product strategy and business decisions.
