Job Description What you'll do:As a Media Business Operations Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for day‑to‑day support and project management of Media Business Operations initiatives for specific client(s). The role collaborates with Media, Media Business Operations, Accounts Payable, and Client Finance teams. You will manage the PGD team, act as the first source of escalation for analysts, delegate work and prioritize tasks, support monthly reconciliation and media buying tools, analyze financial data, ensure proper storage of documents, and drive operational excellence.Responsibilities Manage monthly requests for invoices with partnersComplete invoice reconciliation upon media delivery verificationPerform invoice discrepancy resolution in a timely fashionProvide ad hoc spend reporting, media billing and project support as applicableImpart daily support to media, finance, accounts payable, and partnersConduct weekly analysis to ensure media campaigns within client authorized budgets and ensure Insertion Order acceptanceExecute monthly media delivery process to verify delivery adheres to contracted deliverables and client expectationsReconcile monthly campaign delivery in line with client mandated reconciliation and payment deadlinesSupport media teams in monthly client billing approvals to identify areas of review to promote accuracyMentor, motivate and serve as escalation point for Media Business Operations AnalystsLead bi‑weekly meetings to discuss key financial KPI's and discrepancy resolution needsResponsible for final reconciliation of media campaigns – quality control work of Analysts and PGD teamPromote adherence to internal audit controls and maintenance of audit documentation amongst Analysts and internal teamsIdentify recurrent issues and alert Media Business Operations Manager with potential solutionsDevelop documentation and train new hires and teammates on media buying tools and financial processesEnhance existing processes for marketplace changes and efficiency gainsQualifications Four‑year degree3–4 years of experience preferredAgency experience desiredEffective time management skillsProficiency in MS office suite (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint)Comfortable with technology and computersAbility to multi‑task and show initiativeProficient in managing numbersAbility to delegate and prioritize efficientlyTeam playerStrong leadership qualitiesDetail orientedHighly organizedStrong interpersonal skillsSelf‑motivatorInnovative problem solverFiscally responsibleCandidate must be open to travel as neededFamiliarity with prompt‑based interaction and commonly used generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL.E, Midjourney) is a plus, especially for tasks like ideation, research, or content generation.Benefits Publicis Groupe provides robust and inclusive benefit programs and policies to support the evolving and diverse needs of our talent and enable every person to grow and thrive.
