Publicis Media Exchange (PMX) is the investment arm of Publicis Media, supercharging our agencies and clients to drive smart application of investment by leveraging scale, marketplace innovation, deeper partnerships, and intelligence. PMX is at the forefront of the converging marketplace, solving industry challenges and executing data-informed, tech-enabled media to help marketers connect with consumers in a measurable way.OverviewOur PMX Central Activation team provides a valuable service to our PM Agency Teams & Clients executing digital media campaigns that do not have the time or resources to do it themselves. As we grow at a rapid pace across media channels, the Media Delivery Team is looking to add a talented and motivated Media Investment & Operations Senior Analyst to help drive our Non-Biddable Media Channels capability and account expansion. Non-Biddable Media is defined as media channels outside of AdOps and Biddable Activation platforms, such as Planning & Strategy, Media Investment, Invoice Reconciliation, and Direct IO ATV. This position requires a highly motivated, entrepreneurial person to support all aspects of execution. The ideal candidate should have the ability to work independently and realize they will be a key component of a small and cohesive team. The ideal candidate will partner with team members within our global delivery network and collaborate with the Central Activation Delivery Channel Leads to support media investment, strategy & planning, and partner-direct activation across multiple digital channels and buying platforms; while working cross-team to ensure Media Standards are upheld to the best of our ability.ResponsibilitiesPartner with Global Delivery teams to establish and uphold Best Practices and Training Plans across Media Strategy and Digital & Traditional Investment.Support Publicis Global Delivery's implementation of PMX Lift Addressable TV Product processes and operations.Review and refine efficient workflows for collaboration between agency counterparts and global support teams.Identify areas for opportunity to improve current procedures, onboard Publicis tools, and grow internal team capability.Create and maintain process documentation and training collateral.Maintain a strong understanding of Publicis Groupe tools, platforms, and products, and proactively drive awareness and adoption across teams.Actively monitor and evaluate new tools and solutions, ensuring the team remains up to date.Establish relationship with Global Teams, becoming a proponent of Cross-Cultural Collaboration and Learnings.Maintain knowledge of media technology platforms and tools.Provide training and performance improvement support for Publicis Global Delivery team members in the Non-Biddable channel teams.Drive awareness of PMX Automation Tools and Central Activation Standard Operating Procedures to their global delivery counterparts.Support day-to-day non-biddable channel tasks.Gain an understanding of the media activation fundamentals within Programmatic, Social, Search, and Commerce.Partner with Billing, AdOps, & Media Activation teams to deliver seamless end-to-end media objectives.Organize and upkeep internal trainings and documentation on standard operating procedures, while continuously looking for ways to improve the overall collaboration and operations.QualificationsBachelor's degree2-3 Years of Digital Media Planning, Investment, and/or Addressable TV Lift experience (including Internships)Experience with Investment/billing tools, such as Prisma or Media Ocean preferred.Experience in Planning Tools, such as Guideline & Lumina, a plusExperience managing Direct IO & Vendor Management a plusExperience with workflow and/or project management tools preferredUnderstanding and experience of working within media agencies preferredAbility to prioritize and manage multiple deliverables & project timelines efficientlyProficiency with Microsoft office suiteProficient to Advanced Excel ExpertiseExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent relationship building, diplomacy, and decision-making skills with ability to think creativelyProject Management software experience a plusAdditional InformationOur Publicis Groupe motto “Viva La Différence” means we're better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third‑party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.
