As part of a collaborative performance marketing pod, you will support the planning, execution, optimization, and analysis of performance marketing campaigns across the Disney enterprise. You'll work alongside marketing, analytics, technology, and agency partners to ensure campaigns are strategically designed, operationally sound, and continuously optimized for success.

This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer who enjoys working at the intersection of audience strategy, media activation, analytics, and emerging advertising technologies.

    Responsibilities

    • Work directly under and with the Performance Marketing Senior Team Lead to develop and execute performance marketing strategies for different brands under the Disney Enterprise
    • Build and implement holistic, omni-platform audience data strategies leveraging first-party, second-party, and third-party data sources
    • Build and implement auction bid, pacing, and optimization strategies to improve media performance
    • Monitor campaign delivery, pacing, and budget utilization to maximize performance and efficiency
    • Ensure campaign tracking, taxonomy, and operational standards are properly implemented across media platforms
    • Support audience testing initiatives and performance experiments to drive continuous learning and innovation
    • Interpret, analyze and share analyses and learnings from titles, data testing and performance marketing campaigns and translate findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders
    • Partner with Marketing Science and Media Agency teams to identify opportunities for improved marketing effectiveness
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal marketing, media, technology, and business teams to achieve campaign objectives
    • Act as a primary point of coordination with agency activation teams to ensure campaigns are launched, maintained, and optimized appropriately
    • Support ad hoc analysis, reporting, and strategic initiatives as business needs evolve
    • Stay informed on evolving industry trends, advertising technologies, measurement practices, and media platform capabilities

    Required Qualifications & Skills

    • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in advertising media (primarily digital), performance marketing, media analytics, or paid social/search/programmatic auction buying
    • Experience working with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest, DSPs (Google DV360, Trade Desk, Yahoo, Amazon), Innovid, LiveRamp, or similar technologies
    • Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including audience targeting, attribution, measurement, and optimization methodologies
    • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets and generate actionable insights
    • Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present findings to diverse stakeholders
    • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
    • Knowledge of digital campaign implementation, tracking, tagging, and ad-serving fundamentals

    Additional Preferred Qualifications

    • Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau
    • Experience using project and workflow management tools such as AirTable
    • Experience collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams
    • Experience supporting performance marketing campaigns for entertainment, media, direct-to-consumer, or consumer-facing brands
    • Familiarity with audience management platforms, customer data platforms (CDPs), and marketing technology solutions
    • Experience working with media agencies and external activation partners
    • Exposure to marketing experimentation, incrementality testing, or advanced measurement methodologies
