Senior Analyst, Private Credit Operations | Boston, MA | Hybrid | $140K + Bonus 

Our client, a leading global investment management firm with $400B+ in AUM, is seeking a Senior Analyst, Private Credit Operations to join its growing private credit team.

This is an opportunity to join a young, entrepreneurial private credit platform supporting institutional clients across corporate debt, asset-based securities, and infrastructure debt.

Compensation: Up to $140K base + bonus

Location: Boston, MA

Schedule: Hybrid

The Role:

• Support the full operational lifecycle of private credit investments, from deal execution and closing through settlement and payoff

• Perform private credit loan administration and ensure key transaction attributes are accurately captured

• Coordinate with custodian banks, fund administrators, agency teams, and external service providers

• Partner with investment and legal teams on transaction closings, amendments, and ongoing deal administration

• Resolve issues involving settlements, payments, fund administration, agency and custodial functions

• Support new security setup, trade compliance, trade execution, and downstream system updates

• Serve as a key operational resource for private market data, processes, controls, and cross-functional initiatives

• Help develop and enhance private market operating processes and controls

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of private credit operations experience

• Strong understanding of the private credit loan lifecycle

• Experience reviewing credit agreements, amendments, payoffs, and other loan documentation

• Strong Excel and data manipulation skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly

• Strong quantitative and analytical skills

• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities

• Experience implementing or improving processes and operating models

• Bachelor's degree required; Finance, Economics, Math, or Computer Science preferred
