About this job:
The primary objective of the Senior Analyst is to independently lead end-to-end analytical and research initiatives, from framing complex or ambiguous problems through delivering executive-ready insights and recommendations. The Senior Analyst applies an inquisitive mindset, advanced analytical methods, influences decision making at senior levels, and mentors others to ensure high standards of rigor, consistency, and impact across district analytics.

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business, Mathematics/Statistics, Economics, Education, Social Sciences, Engineering, or related STEM fields
Master's Degree Information Technology, Business, Mathematics/Statistics, Economics, Education, Social Sciences, Engineering, or related STEM fields preferred
Experience in at least 3 of the following areas:
Research, Education, Public Health, Social Policy, Program Evaluation. Technical expertise: Business Intelligence, Reporting, Dashboarding / Visualizations, Data Science, Analytics, Programming. Analysis and modeling: Data Analysis, Mathematics, Applied Statistics, Data Modeling
Experience with statistical software and familiarity with SQL and other programming a plus
Experience in creating ad-hoc data-based reports for decision making, including KPIs, scorecards, and dashboards preferred
Lead for racial and educational excellence and work to dismantle systems of oppression and inequity in our community, along with believing in and supporting all students so they feel seen and heard with access to high quality education.
