About the RoleAs the Senior Analyst, Supply Planning, you will be working with an existing Supply Chain in Home Storage. Reporting to the Associate Manager, Supply Planning, you will be accountable for delivering balanced, world class results across case fill, inventory and process metrics with demonstrated commitment to supply planning process excellence and lean/continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesManages an efficient MPS/DRP/MRP process for assigned External and Internal Manufacturers within respective regionDrives results through adherence to core supply planning processes and policiesOptimization of inventory and case fill, end to endDrives decisions and trade‑offs to optimize the supply plan and communicates to stakeholdersDevelop constrained/feasible MPS/DRP/MRP plans over the aligned time horizon, via SAP and best practicesCross functional (and external) collaboration to maximize trade‑offs across production, inventory and capacityMaster data ownership and complianceEscalate supply/inventory risk to the Supply Interface Manager and identify options to drive resolutionMeasure, analyze and communicate key process metricsMonthly inputs/capacity planning in support of Step 3 processMonthly root cause analysis of KPI's for their category/cluster – and identify/drive corrective actionsRequired Experience You'll BringBachelor's Degree and 2+ years of experience in supply chain (internships included); OR an advanced degree and 1+ year of experience in supply chain; OR military experience considered in lieu of education requirement and 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain.Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship.Preferred Experiences and SkillsExperience in the CPG industrySAP experience/knowledge (planning related module)Kinaxis experience MRPAPICS certification, e.g., CSCP, CPIM, CLTDHigh level proficiency w/PC‑based applications (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and/or Access)Demonstrated results working in a team‑based, cross‑functional environmentProven organizational skills and ability to perform under pressure and manage priorities w/competing demandsStrong analytical and problem‑solving skillsProcess improvement proficiency, e.g., root cause understanding, lean methodology, etc.Ability to work on a high‑performing team in collaborative environmentQuantitative/qualitative analysis, including business process metrics and measures linking to business KPI'sJob Requirements1st ShiftRemote work available once a week after 90‑day onboarding period.This role is not eligible for relocation.Benefits and PerksSC Johnson's total compensation packages are at or above industry levels.
