As a Senior Transfer Pricing Analyst, you''ll help drive data-driven decisions that support the financial health and compliance of Molex''s global business. You''ll monitor and analyze performance across global legal entities, develop reporting and insights that influence action, and support forecasting and transfer pricing execution activities. This role combines financial analysis, process improvement, and business partnership, giving you the opportunity to simplify complex global results into clear recommendations. You''ll also play a key role in automation and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across the organization.

Our Team

Our Transfer Pricing Finance team sits at the intersection of Finance, Tax, Data, and Operations, partnering with stakeholders around the world to support effective and compliant business outcomes. We are a collaborative, high-visibility team focused on creating value through analytical rigor, continuous improvement, and principled problem solving. Working closely with controllers, Finance Solutions, IT, and tax professionals, we help ensure global transfer pricing processes are efficient, sustainable, and well-controlled. This is a unique opportunity to join a team that is driving meaningful impact across Molex and the broader Koch organization.

What You Will Do

• Partner with the TP Finance team and TP Tax Manager to monitor global entity/segment margins (e.g., contract manufacturers, limited-risk distributors, service entities) versus target and recommend actions to stay aligned
• Prepare and enhance recurring reporting and dashboards (month-end/quarterly packs), including variance and trend analysis, driver commentary, and escalation of outliers/data quality issues
• Support quarterly TP rate updates by gathering inputs, validating data, performing reasonableness checks, and helping communicate impacts to stakeholders
• Help improve how intercompany service billings are calculated, controlled, and invoiced globally (e.g., allocation keys, cost centers, rate maintenance), with an emphasis on reducing post-close adjustments
• Verify completeness and timeliness of expected TP-related postings and invoices, investigate exceptions, and coordinate resolution with Finance Solutions, LCs/controllers, and IT as needed
• Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives (workpaper upgrades, system enhancements, analytics/AI enablement) by documenting requirements, testing outputs, and creating sustainable controls
• Provide audit and compliance support by maintaining organized support files, explaining drivers behind results, and responding to information requests with clear, data-backed narratives

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Demonstrated ability to analyze large datasets, build structured reporting, and translate results into recommendations and actions
• Strong Excel skills (data manipulation, pivot tables, robust formulas; comfort building repeatable templates/models)
• Experience preparing variance analysis and communicating drivers to both finance and non-finance stakeholders
• Experience working in, or partnering with, IT/data teams to deliver systematic changes (requirements, testing, controls, documentation)

What Will Put You Ahead

• Understanding of cross-company / intercompany accounting concepts (intercompany billing, eliminations, markup methods)
• Experience in international transfer pricing and/or global manufacturing/supply chain finance
• Experience with SAP and finance reporting tools (e.g., Analysis for Office, OneStream, COPA)
• Experience with reporting/analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and/or automation tools (e.g., Alteryx, Power Query)
• Experience querying data using SQL and working with modern data platforms (e.g., Snowflake)
• Exposure to AI/automation use cases in finance (e.g., building prompt-based analysis assistants, applying data quality checks, automating narrative commentary) and comfort learning new tools
• Understanding of the Molex organization and supply chain

For this role, we anticipate paying $85,000 - $100,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
