A rapidly growing Fintech in NYC is scaling its data team and hiring a Senior Analytics Engineer. Join a growing data team to build and own the core data models that power reporting and analytics across the business. You'll design scalable data models and marts using dbt and a modern cloud data warehouse, working closely with analysts, data scientists, and business teams to make sure the data behind key decisions is clean, consistent, and trustworthy.

What you'll need:

• 6+ years in analytics engineering, data engineering, or a mix of both
• Strong data modeling fundamentals (dimensional modeling, star schema)
• Experience with dbt and a modern data warehouse (BigQuery, Snowflake, or similar)
• Comfortable with a BI tool like Looker or Tableau
• Consumer-facing (D2C) background
