Your Role

Akkodis is seeking a Senior Application Administrator (Power Automate) for a direct hire position with a client located in San Antonio, TX. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Power Automate, SharePoint administration, and enterprise application integrations to be considered for this position. This role will lead application design, implementation, and optimization initiatives that support business operations and strategic objectives. The Senior Application Administrator will also mentor junior team members and contribute to long-term application governance and strategy.

Salary Range: $115,000 to $125,000 annually

Salary may be negotiable based upon experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Senior Application Administrator (Power Automate) job responsibilities include:

  • Design and implement enterprise application solutions aligned with business requirements and organizational strategy.

  • Lead application deployments, upgrades, and integration initiatives across multiple systems and platforms.

  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability through configuration improvements and architectural enhancements.

  • Manage and support complex integrations between enterprise applications to ensure consistent data flow and functionality.

  • Evaluate new technologies and applications, providing recommendations based on business and technical requirements.

  • Mentor junior administrators and provide technical guidance on application management best practices.

  • Develop and enhance application governance standards, operational processes, and documentation.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.

  • Ensure applications comply with security policies, regulatory requirements, and organizational standards.

  • Contribute to application architecture decisions and long-term technology strategy.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor''s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.

  • 5-8+ years of application administration, enterprise systems administration, or related experience.

  • Strong experience with Power Automate and scripting/automation technologies.

  • Strong experience administering and supporting SharePoint environments.

  • Experience with Python or similar development technologies.

  • Proven experience managing, integrating, and optimizing enterprise applications or SaaS platforms.

  • Demonstrated ability to design solutions and troubleshoot complex system interactions.

  • Advanced knowledge of application management, integrations, and data flows.

  • Excellent analytical, communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with API integrations, middleware platforms, or data integration tools.

  • Experience supporting enterprise platforms such as CRM, ERP, or collaboration systems.

  • Experience working with SQL databases.

  • Experience working in cross-functional, project-based environments.
