This role is ideal for a highly technical, solution-oriented developer who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys building scalable, secure applications while mentoring others and driving engineering best practices.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design and develop modern full-stack applications across front-end, API, and data layers
  • Build and maintain single-page applications (SPAs) using frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue
  • Develop back-end services using REST, GraphQL, or event-driven architectures
  • Contribute to system architecture decisions to ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability
  • Establish and enforce development standards, including code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and release practices
  • Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks (unit, integration, end-to-end)
  • Partner with Product, QA, Security, and Operations teams to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and development tasks
  • Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of production issues
  • Improve system monitoring, performance, and operational resilience
  • Mentor developers and promote adoption of modern engineering practices
  • Support AI-assisted development tools while ensuring quality, security, and compliance

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years of application development experience, including modern full-stack development
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and at least one back-end platform (.NET, Node.js, Java, or Python)
  • Experience building SPA and API-driven applications in production environments
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based development practices
  • Experience with automated testing strategies and frameworks
  • Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of secure development practices and application security principles
  • Experience mentoring developers or providing technical leadership preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
