Senior Application Developer – SuccessFactors Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Location: United States - Georgia - Atlanta | United States - Minnesota - Wayzata (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Ideal Candidate
Must possess 5+ years of experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors applications.
Experience with SmartRecruiters, Paradox, LinkedIn Talent Solutions, HireRight, or other Talent Acquisition technologies is highly preferred.
SuccessFactors Talent Acquisition & Onboarding certification is highly preferred.
The Senior Application Developer – SuccessFactors Talent Acquisition & Onboarding will configure, develop, support, integrate, and maintain enterprise Talent Acquisition and Onboarding applications while partnering closely with HR, Recruiting, IT, business stakeholders, and third-party technology vendors.
The successful candidate will lead application configuration, system enhancements, integrations, testing, production support, release management, incident resolution, and continuous improvements supporting enterprise recruiting and onboarding initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Configure SAP SuccessFactors Talent Acquisition and Onboarding modules.
  • Develop and deploy application enhancements.
  • Support software releases and upgrades.
  • Perform application testing and quality assurance.
  • Provide production support and incident resolution.
  • Configure enterprise recruiting applications.
  • Support application integrations.
  • Manage incident tickets and user requests.
  • Collaborate with HR, Recruiting, IT, Product, and Business teams.
  • Partner with third-party software vendors.
  • Analyze business requirements and recommend technical solutions.
  • Support enterprise Talent Acquisition and Onboarding initiatives.
  • Maintain application documentation and best practices.
  • Drive continuous process improvements.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of SuccessFactors application experience.
  • Strong SAP SuccessFactors Talent Acquisition experience.
  • Strong SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding experience.
  • Experience configuring SuccessFactors applications.
  • Experience supporting enterprise HR systems.
  • Experience with application development and deployment.
  • Experience with application testing and quality assurance.
  • Experience with production support and incident management.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Must be authorized to work permanently in the U.S. (No sponsorship available).
