JOB TITLE: Senior Application Programmer

Scope of Services

• Design, code, compile, test, debug, modify, and document new or existing highly complex application programs.
• Implement complex application software solutions ensuring scalability and security.
• Evaluate, analyze, and prepare recommendations on technical solutions or options for managing enterprise information systems.
• Define data elements; design database structures; write and compile definitions and descriptions of data elements into dictionary form for use by professionals and users.
• Evaluate and analyze requests for enhancements or development projects of a highly complex nature.
• Prepare and supervise formal system test procedures for complex application systems to ensure quality and compliance.
• Monitor work plans and schedules to ensure timeliness, data integrity, and availability on a project basis.

Mandatory Expertise / Experience

• Ten (10)+ years of expertise and/or relevant experience in:
  • SQL Server and data integrity solutions
  • CRM systems, intake portals, and automated reporting
  • Secure coding standards, MFA, and compliance frameworks
  • .NET full-stack, ASP.NET frameworks, and enterprise architecture
• Experience using cloud platforms (Azure) and modern frameworks (Vue, Angular, React)

Desirable Expertise / Experience

• Prior experience developing state applications
• Supervising developers, mentoring on best practices, and managing Agile teams.

***Lumen and / or its clients will not provide equipment (Laptop, monitor, etc.) to the selected contractor. The contractor must have their own equipment. Access to a virtual desktop set up (software) will be provided by Lumen s client, allowing the user access to the required systems and technology.***
