Your Role

Akkodis is seeking a Senior Application Support Analyst for a Contract with a client in New York, NY/Boston, MA (Hybrid). The ideal candidate is responsible for providing production support, troubleshooting, and operational excellence for the BlackRock Aladdin platform across portfolio management, trading, and investment workflows.

Rate Range: $45/hour to $49/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Senior Application Support Analyst Job Responsibilities include:

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 production support for BlackRock Aladdin and related front-office investment management applications.

• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues impacting portfolio management, order management, trade execution, trade booking, and post-trade processes.

• Perform root cause analysis and collaborate with business users, technology teams, and external vendors to drive issue resolution.

• Develop and execute SQL queries for data analysis, validation, troubleshooting, and operational support activities.

• Build and maintain automation solutions using Python to improve monitoring, efficiency, and support processes.

• Support production releases, change management, incident management, and continuous service improvement initiatives across global operations.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Finance, Business, or a related field.

• 8-10 years of experience supporting investment management, capital markets, or front-office trading applications.

• Strong hands-on experience with BlackRock Aladdin, including portfolio management, order management, trade execution, trade booking, and post-trade workflows.

• Proven expertise in SQL, production support, incident management, root cause analysis, and Python-based automation within asset management or investment management environments.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $49.00 per hour
