Key Responsibilities: Provide Level 1 and Level 2 production support for enterprise applications. Troubleshoot production issues across UNIX/Linux environments. Develop and maintain Korn Shell (KSH) and Shell scripts. Support enterprise batch processing and AutoSys job scheduling. Configure and support FTP, SFTP, Connect, and XCOM file transfers. Perform SQL queries for troubleshooting and reporting. Support SAP batch integrations and enterprise applications. Monitor application performance and resolve production incidents. Collaborate with application, infrastructure, database, and network teams. Create and maintain technical documentation and SOPs. Participate in production deployments and system configuration. Identify root causes and implement permanent solutions.
