Senior Applications Analyst (Epic Beacon)
A leading healthcare organization is seeking a Senior Applications Analyst with Epic Beacon expertise to support oncology-focused systems and drive high-impact technology initiatives. This role plays a key part in optimizing clinical workflows and delivering innovative IT solutions across complex healthcare environments.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of Epic Beacon modules
- Analyze business and clinical requirements to design effective system solutions
- Configure, test, and deploy application enhancements and upgrades
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and ongoing application support
- Collaborate with stakeholders across clinical and technical teams
- Support oncology and transfusion-related workflows within large health systems
- Ensure system performance, reliability, and data integrity
- Participate in system design, validation, and documentation efforts
Qualifications:
- Epic Beacon Certification required
- Experience working in oncology and/or transfusion scheduling environments preferred
- Background in large health systems or university medical centers strongly preferred
- Strong experience with EHR systems implementation and support
- Ability to manage complex technical issues and deliver scalable solutions
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
