  • Collaborate with engineering to communicate customer feedback and drive product improvements
  • Support product evaluations, proof-of-concept initiatives, and competitive analysis
  • Partner with sales on technical presentations, demonstrations, and customer engagements
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and customer visits as a subject matter expert

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Mechatronics, Robotics, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in motion control, servo systems, robotics, or industrial automation
  • Strong understanding of servo drive operation, motor control theory, and closed-loop systems
  • Experience integrating servo drives with motors, encoders, and motion controllers
  • Working knowledge of servo tuning and system dynamics
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and customer-facing skills
  • Ability to travel periodically to support customer and industry events

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in robotics, laboratory automation, medical devices, aerospace, or defense applications
  • Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (e.g., EtherCAT, CANopen, Ethernet, RS232)
  • Familiarity with functional safety standards in industrial automation
  • Experience with motion control software, scripting, or programming
  • Understanding of precision motion systems, machine design, and performance optimization
  • Background supporting OEMs, system integrators, or machine builders

Desired Attributes

  • Strong problem-solving and diagnostic capability
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to successful outcomes
