We are looking for an innovative professional with expertise in metal injection molding or powder metals, along with a strong background in design and client relations. This role is an integral part of our Advanced Technology Engineering Team, tasked with fostering the company's growth by leading the strategic development, enhancement, and market expansion of cutting-edge products and applications. You will also collaborate closely with the Commercial Sales Team to boost revenue and guide the Product Launch Team to ensure new products are effectively brought into our manufacturing processes. Key responsibilities include creating engineering estimates for new product manufacturing, advising on design improvements for customer components using our MIM technology, managing all phases of engineering and prototype samples, facilitating technical discussions with both customers and our internal teams, and spearheading APQP processes.
