The American Swim Academy® is hiring in the East Bay!
We are looking for a dynamic career-oriented Senior Operation’s Manager to join our senior management team in Livermore. Must have aquatics and service-driven management experience.
Responsible for assisting in the management and training of all school staff. Comprehensive training program for all candidates. Must be able to work some nights and weekends.
Responsibilities and Duties

• Responsible for assisting in the management and training of all school staff. Comprehensive training program for all candidates. Must be able to work some nights and weekends.
• Must be willing to teach swim lessons 

Qualifications and Skills

• Must have aquatics and service-driven management experience.
• Must have prior swim instruction experience 

Compensation: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour Quarterly Bonus*
