Senior Architect
Location: Clarks Summit, PA (Remote Candidates Considered)

Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously across all phases from schematic design through construction administration
Direct project teams in the development of construction documents, maintaining quality, accuracy, and coordination
Serve as primary client contact, building and sustaining long-term relationships
Lead project meetings and drive decision-making with clients, consultants, and contractors
Coordinate with internal disciplines and external consultants to ensure full design integration across complex, multi-disciplinary projects
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to architects and junior design staff
Contribute to business development efforts including presentations, proposals, and project pursuits
Support project managers in managing scope, schedule, and fee
Bachelor of Architecture degree and Architectural Registration (RA) required; NCARB certification preferred
10+ years of professional experience with demonstrated project leadership across multiple market sectors
Excellent BIM and Revit skills with experience leading coordination on large-scale, complex projects
Experience in healthcare, education, mission critical, or public sector markets strongly preferred
