Position summary:

The firm is seeking a highly experienced Licensed Architect with a strong background in residential design to lead architectural projects from concept through construction.

This role requires deep technical knowledge, leadership capability, and the ability to manage clients, consultants, and internal teams while delivering high-quality, code-compliant design solutions.

 

The ideal candidate has significant experience in residential project types — including custom homes, production homes, townhomes, and multi-family — and is comfortable taking full ownership of projects from early feasibility and entitlement through final closeout.

 

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Architect (required).
  • NCARB Certification preferred
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program
  • 7–10+ years of progressive architectural experience
  • Strong residential project experience required (custom, production, townhome, or multi-family). Other experience will be considered based on depth and tenure.
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit (required); AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office required
  • Experience with rendering tools such as Lumion or Enscape preferred
  • Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, detailing, and documentation standards
  • Demonstrated ability to manage schedules, budgets, and consultant coordination
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills
  • LEED accreditation or working knowledge of sustainable design practices preferred
