Description:
Immediate need for a Licensed Architect with a strong background in both design and project management. This role is responsible for signing and sealing drawings, overseeing the development of construction documents, coordinating consultants and internal teams, and leading projects through all phases of design and construction.
Duties:- The licensed architect will sign and seal drawings.
- The licensed architect will function as a Senior Project Manager.
- Responsible for overseeing the development of all construction documents on a project.
- Coordinate consultants as well as internal teams.
- Lead projects through all phases of design and construction.
Qualifications:- 8 + years of experience in architecture and project delivery.
- Current architectural license, preferably in the state of NJ.
- A degree in Architecture is required; BS or MS or both.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, construction detailing, and zoning regulations.
- Demonstrated project management and leadership skills.
- Ability to effectively manage client relationships and project timelines.
Education:
BS or BA in Architecture is a MUST.
MUST be licensed, preferably in NJ.
