Critical Focus
Solution Architect and lead evangelist for automation-driven transformation across the SDLC, with preferably varied industry experience - spanning a development background, quality engineering , DevOps and/or SRE principles
Lead discussions and brainstorming sessions with client Enterprise Architects on potential solution architecture and design - weighing the merits and pitfalls of different technical approaches and assisting clients in their decision-making.
Understanding of include automation architecture patterns, automation POVs tailored for quality engineering, and DevOps tooling and capability demonstration
Create Solution Architecture documents that outline the end-to-end solution
Translate the client's vision into process approach, technical approach, and design documents for the development and delivery teams
Development background in an enterprise language (Java, .NET, etc.)
AI & Agentic AI Foundations with experience with some Dev Copilots will be a good to have
Desired Skills and Experience
Lead and drive tailored approaches for new solution discussions, advising on solutions aligned to the client's vision and timeline
Communicate and consult with clients and internal capability centers / practices to develop solutions focused on the user journey and appropriate data flow
Experience across multiple phases of the SDLC for platforms at scale with automation focus
Experience with transformation to product-aligned teams (scaled agile a plus)
Experience transforming automation approaches and eliminating toil throughout the SDLC and value stream
Knowledge of the latest industry tools and platforms, with the ability to advise customers on tool and platform selection
Knowledge of DevSecOps tooling; product-specific capabilities such as ServiceNow or Salesforce DevOps a plus
Create Solution Architecture documents that outline the end-to-end solution
Translate the client's vision into technical architecture and design documents for the development and delivery teams
Evaluate project constraints to identify alternatives, mitigate risks, and perform process re-engineering where required
