The Senior Architectural Designer will lead architectural drawing production and design development for multifamily residential projects, from schematic design through construction documentation. This role requires strong Revit expertise, deep knowledge of architectural detailing, and the ability to mentor junior staff while collaborating closely with project managers and consultants.

Description
- Lead architectural drawing and production efforts for multifamily residential projects using Revit
- Prepare and oversee full construction document sets, including plans, sections, details, and schedules
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, engineers, and ownership teams throughout all project phases
- Ensure drawings comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and client standards
- Review and redline junior staff work to maintain quality, accuracy, and consistency
- Contribute to design development, detailing, and material coordination
- Assist with permit submissions, agency comments, and construction administration as needed

Profile
A successful Senior Architectural Designer should have:
- 4+ years of professional architectural experience, with multifamily project experience strongly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Revit is required
- Strong background in architectural drawing production and construction documentation
- Solid understanding of building systems, materials, and detailing for residential projects
- Familiarity with New Jersey building codes and permitting processes is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, preferred
