Your Role

Akkodis is seeking a Senior Artificial Intelligence Associate for a Contract with a client in Dearborn, MI (Hybrid). The ideal candidate with proven experience designing and deploying production-grade multi-agent AI systems, including RAG pipelines, LLM applications, and cloud-based architectures.

Rate Range: $60/hour to $70/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Senior Artificial Intelligence Associate Job Responsibilities include:

• Design, develop, and deploy production-grade multi-agent AI systems leveraging LLMs, RAG architecture, and agent orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or LlamaIndex.

• Build and optimize AI-driven applications that analyze complex datasets, generate actionable insights, automate workflows, and support self-service capabilities.

• Develop and maintain scalable RAG pipelines, including embeddings, vector databases, retrieval strategies, reranking, and grounding against approved enterprise knowledge sources.

• Architect and manage cloud-native AI solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), utilizing services such as BigQuery, Vertex AI, Cloud Run, and GKE with CI/CD and containerized deployments.

• Implement evaluation, monitoring, observability, and guardrail frameworks to ensure AI system quality, safety, reliability, cost efficiency, and compliance with security best practices.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to productionize AI/ML prototypes, integrate AI services with enterprise platforms, and establish testing, versioning, and safe deployment processes for evolving agent solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).

• 3+ years of experience building production software systems, including 1-2+ years of hands-on experience developing and deploying ML/AI, LLM, or agent-based applications.

• Proven experience designing, deploying, and managing production-grade multi-agent architectures, RAG pipelines, and LLM-powered solutions using frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, LlamaIndex, or similar technologies.

• Strong expertise in Python, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), BigQuery, Vertex AI, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, and implementing secure, scalable, and observable AI systems with guardrails and evaluation frameworks.

Pay Details: $60.00 to $70.00 per hour
