Senior Assembler

We are seeking an experienced Senior Assembler to join our Repair and Overhaul team. This role requires strong technical skills in soldering and assembly, along with the ability to support and guide less experienced team members.

Location: Tempe - AZ

Hourly Salary Range: $19 - $24

Your Challenge: ​

  • Assemble components into final configured products using process instructions, blueprints, and drawings
  • Utilize specialized tooling, fixtures, measuring equipment, and hand tools
  • Read and interpret assembly drawings, parts lists, operation sheets, and visual aids
  • Set up and operate machines, tooling, and test equipment
  • Perform rework on products based on test results following standard repair procedures
  • Incorporate Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) into completed assemblies
  • Perform and record measurements to ensure product compliance
  • Inspect and verify product quality at required intervals
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all work performed
  • Provide training, guidance, and support to junior assemblers

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • US citizenship required
  • IPC Cerification required
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Strong experience with soldering and electronic assembly
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation
  • Experience using hand tools, measuring instruments, and testing equipment
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Prior experience mentoring or supporting junior team members is an asset
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality standard
