Job Title: CX Candidate Care Coordinator (CCC)
Job Summary:
The Candidate Care Coordinator (CCC) plays a critical role in delivering smooth and professional onboarding experience for new hires and contingent workers at Gainwell and acts as a key point of contact from offer acceptance through Day One, supporting pre-boarding tasks, onboarding coordination, and new hire readiness. The CCC will also play a vital role in offboarding of all departing employees and contingent workers.
Key Responsibilities:
Guide and support new employees and contingent workers throughout the onboarding process
Manage communications with pre-hires, contingent workers, hiring managers, and key stakeholders
Schedule and facilitate onboarding preparation calls
Order and track equipment delivery to ensure timely setup for Day One
Track background check completion and onboarding tasks
Send pre-boarding emails and Day One welcome messages with necessary resources
Conduct identity verification calls and Day One tech readiness checks for new hires
Assist in offboarding of employees and contingent workers, including equipment return requests, access deactivation, etc.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in HR, onboarding, recruiting coordination, or related field
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with collaboration tools, and MS Office suite
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
Experience working with global teams or in a remote setting is a plus
