Position Summary
The Senior Assistant Director, Admissions, will possess knowledge of effective and innovative recruiting methods consistent with the College's overall enrollment strategy and skills to implement a comprehensive recruitment plan. The Senior Assistant Director, Admissions supports the recruitment and enrollment of traditional, post-traditional and dual enrollment students entering the College and establishes and maintains relationships with high school partners (e.g., principals, guidance counselors), internal partners (e.g., faculty, Academic Deans), community-based organizations and other identified organizations within a specific territory to recruit and enroll new and readmitted students. This position will serve as the lead admissions representative for Chester County and will utilize available data to identify target groups of prospects and identify trends in enrollment to influence positive outcomes. Under the guidance of the Director of Admissions and in alignment with the strategic vision and enrollment priorities of the College and the Division, the Senior Assistant Director assigned to Chester County will work collaboratively with Chester County Branch location(s) to co-lead admissions-related events and initiatives. The Senior Assistant Director will also coordinate and oversee the recruitment efforts for special initiatives within Chester County. This position will use the College's CRM and other technologies to track and communicate to prospective and admitted students through the enrollment funnel.
Travel to various Delaware, Chester and Philadelphia County locations to visit school locations, attend events, meetings, programs, and community organizations.
Flexibility to work nontraditional hours, including evenings and weekends, is required.

Minimum Experience: 3+ years of demonstrated successful college recruiting and admissions experience
Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree from a regionally accredited college or university in a related field of study or equivalent combination of experience and education.
Certification/Licensure: Valid Motor Vehicle Drivers' License
