Key Responsibilities: Financial Reporting & Compliance • Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP or IFRS. • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including SEC filings (if applicable). • Lead the coordination of external audits and manage relationships with auditors. Accounting Operations • Manage general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and fixed assets. • Implement and maintain robust accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls. • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems. Leadership & Team Development • Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals across multiple functions. • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth. • Support succession planning and talent development within the finance organization. Strategic Financial Support • Partner with FP&A, tax, treasury, and other departments to support strategic initiatives. • Provide financial insights and analysis to support executive decision-making. • Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning. Systems & Technology • Oversee financial systems and ensure data integrity and automation. • Lead or support ERP implementations and upgrades. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA required; MBA preferred). • 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate accounting or controllership roles. • Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls. • Experience managing audits and regulatory filings. • Proven leadership and team management skills. • Excellent communication and analytical abilities. The base salary range for this position is:
$101,000 - $123,000
Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package includes medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits as well as the potential for an annual bonus consideration.
