Salary Range: $83,500 - $92,250

The above base pay range may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience. The range listed is just one component of Wayfair's total compensation package for employees. Depending on the position offered, equity, bonuses, commissions and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a comprehensive suite of medical, financial and additional benefits.

This position is a hybrid in-office role that works out of our Boston location (Monday-Thursday will be working in office and Friday is work from home). This is not a virtual / remote position

We're looking for someone to join our fast-growing supplier advertising team in a key client-facing role. As a Senior Associate in Supplier Advertising at Wayfair, you'll work with some of our most important advertising partners, using data-driven insights and practical tactics to grow their business on the platform. You'll combine strong analytical skills with clear communication to improve performance and drive results. The right person is curious, proactive, and brings a strong growth mindset, aligned with our People Principles.

What Youll Do

  • Develop and deliver a sales plan to meet supplier targets and internal annual objectives.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, acting as the main point of contact, maintaining relationships, and developing pipeline through outreach and account planning.
  • Track campaign performance, interpret data, and translate insights into actions to improve results and support target delivery.
  • Manage and grow client accounts, including existing advertisers, new business, and increased investment across advertising products.
  • Work with internal and external teams (including merchandising, category managers, and partner operations) to align on solutions and improve campaign performance.
  • Develop strong knowledge of the advertising product suite and use testing and performance insights to improve and scale results across clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of account activity in Salesforce and other tools.
  • Meet agreed sales and account management targets, and identify issues or improvement opportunities to enhance customer experience and performance.

What Youll Need

  • Strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality work that supports client growth.
  • Excellent organisation skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and consistently meet expectations.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data and present it clearly using visuals or summaries.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to clients or stakeholders.
  • Self-starter who can work independently as well as collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Ability to prioritise short-term tasks while keeping longer-term goals in mind.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel.
  • Prior experience in sales, account management, or client-facing commercial roles, preferably within media, advertising, or e-commerce.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce and digital advertising, particularly retail media, is an advantage
