Practice areas include general civil and federal litigation; the position involves defense of general liability disputes, personal injury litigation, trucking/transportation, products liability, healthcare, and construction claims. Candidates should possess the ability to handle an active trial docket by attending hearings, attending depositions, drafting client reports, drafting motions, drafting standard litigation pleadings, and drafting settlement documents. Strong writing skills, attention to detail, time management and focus are required.
