    Job Overview A law firm seeks a Senior Associate Attorney in Beverly Hills, CA, to manage personal injury cases from inception through resolution or trial. This role requires strong litigation experience and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.Duties Manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement or trial.Conduct investigation of facts, liability, and damages.Monitor and evaluate medical treatment and records.Communicate directly with clients regarding case status and strategy.Draft demands, negotiate claims, and evaluate settlement opportunities.Prepare and file lawsuits and pleadings.Draft and respond to discovery, including interrogatories and depositions.Prepare and argue motions as necessary.Prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, and trial.Collaborate with supervising attorneys and litigation staff.Perform additional operational and administrative duties as assigned.Requirements Active California Bar license in good standing.Prior personal injury litigation experience.Strong legal writing and analytical skills.Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Highly organized with strong time-management skills.Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Self‑motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members.Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree.Certifications California Bar license.Skills Strong litigation and negotiation skills.Excellent writing and communication skills.Ability to manage a full caseload efficiently.Professional demeanor and strong work ethic.Benefits 401(k) plan.Dental and vision insurance.Employee discount.Flexible spending account.Medical HMO and PPO insurance options.Health savings account.Life insurance.Paid time off.Opportunities for growth and advancement.Team outings and sponsored events.Paid parking.Referral bonus program.#J-18808-Ljbffr
