Attorneys benefit from a collaborative national platform, sophisticated clients, and meaningful responsibility on matters that directly shape labor outcomes.Role overview This position is designed for an experienced labor attorney who wants substantive, hands on involvement in traditional labor matters and the opportunity to work alongside seasoned practitioners in a strong Denver based labor group with national reach.Practice focus and responsibilities The role centers on traditional labor matters, including collective bargaining and contract administration across unionized environments. The associate will handle grievance arbitration matters and is expected to be comfortable managing arbitrations from preparation through hearing. Prior experience defending or prosecuting unfair labor practice charges before the National Labor Relations Board is strongly preferred. Candidates with employment litigation experience combined with meaningful traditional labor exposure will also be considered.
