Description:
We are seeking an experienced IBM BPM/BAW Administrator with expertise in installation, configuration, administration, and support of IBM BPM/BAW environments. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with IBM BAW on OpenShift, WebSphere Application Server, Apache Web Server, Oracle databases, Linux, and scripting. This role involves infrastructure support, deployment, security remediation, performance optimization, and production support.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, administer, and support IBM BPM/BAW environments.
- Manage Workflow Center and Workflow Server across Production and Non-Production environments.
- Deploy and administer IBM BAW on OpenShift Platform.
- Configure and maintain WebSphere Application Server and Apache Web Server.
- Perform BPM snapshot deployments, instance purging, indexing, and database maintenance.
- Assess infrastructure capacity and forecast database growth.
- Renew SSL/TLS certificates and remediate infrastructure security vulnerabilities.
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability.
- Troubleshoot IBM BPM/BAW, WebSphere, and related infrastructure issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement workflow solutions.
- Create technical documentation and operational procedures.
- Support Linux environments and automate administrative tasks using scripting.

- Strong Linux administration and scripting skills.
- Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
