Use your expertise in product management/development, materials innovation, and cross-functional project management to deliver physical cards and welcome kits that bolster our brand and set Chase apart in the market.
Job Summary: As a Senior Associate on the Chase Consumer Branded Card Product team, you will support the management of the end-to-end lifecycle of physical card and welcome kit initiatives across all Consumer Branded Card businesses - from design and materiality through production, quality assurance, testing, and launch. You will lead complex, multi-workstream programs across internal teams and external vendors, ensuring premium quality, on-time delivery, and a differentiated cardmember experience. Your work will directly shape how millions of customers physically interact with Chase''s most iconic card products.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end project management for physical card and welcome kit launches, including design, materiality, research, prototyping, production, and fulfillment, owning project plans and timelines and ensuring all stakeholders remain aligned and on track
- Manage relationships with external vendors and manufacturing partners, including travel to production facilities to conduct quality control testing
- Explore and evaluate new card materials and packaging innovations to maintain a premium, competitive product offering across all portfolios
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Marketing, Industrial Design, Operations, Technology, Architecture, and external vendors to deliver seamless card and welcome kit experiences
- Manage statuses for continuous stakeholder updates, including weekly cross-functional meetings and regular senior leadership updates on program status, risks, and milestones
- Identify and proactively resolve production challenges, driving timeline efficiencies and removing blockers to meet critical launch dates
- Gather and document detailed product and production requirements for new card and welcome kit initiatives, partnering with Architecture to design customer journey solutions and back-end technology required to support
- Present product requirements to all impacted teams and present at intake sessions to secure commitment for product builds
- Ensure compliance with risk, control, and regulatory requirements throughout the product and production lifecycle
- Participate in a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement within the team
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, physical product development, and/or program management
- Proven track record of leading complex, multi-workstream programs from concept through production and launch
- Strong project management skills with the ability to own and drive detailed timelines across multiple concurrent initiatives
- Experience managing external vendors and manufacturing partners, including on-site quality assurance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and align cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across internal and external partners
- Demonstrated ability to proactively identify risks and solve problems under tight timelines
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions and improve processes
- Willingness to travel to vendor and production facilities as needed to ensure quality and timeline adherence
- Bachelor''s degree or equivalent experience required
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Experience with physical card production, packaging design, or materials innovation
- Familiarity with card manufacturing processes and vendor ecosystems
- Experience in go-to-market planning and execution for physical consumer products
- Background in financial services, credit card products, or premium consumer brands
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Monday.com
