For this role, the Green Bank is seeking a marketing and relationship-driven professional who understands how contractors operate, sell, and grow their businesses. This role sits at the intersection of channel marketing, field engagement, and contractor partnership development. Key goals will focus on retention, recruitment, and relationship building with contractors that can participate in Green Bank programs.

The Senior Associate will focus on marketing and outreach efforts and campaigns designed to grow and nurture the Green Bank's contractor channel, supporting program teams engaging with contractors, and building direct relationships with contractors and related trade groups.
