Key Responsibilities:Engineering & Implementation•* Design and deploy desktop images, configurations, and software packages.•* Manage endpoint management tools (e.g., SCCM, Intune, JAMF) for patching, updates, and compliance.•* Develop and maintain automation scripts for desktop provisioning and support.Support & Troubleshooting•* Provide Tier 3 support for escalated desktop issues.•* Analyze and resolve complex hardware, software, and network problems.•* Collaborate with help desk and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless support.Security & Compliance•* Ensure desktop environments comply with security policies and standards.•* Implement endpoint protection, encryption, and vulnerability remediation.•* Support audits and reporting related to desktop infrastructure.Project & Collaboration•* Participate in IT projects involving desktop upgrades, migrations, and rollouts.•* Work with cross-functional teams to support business and technology initiatives.•* Document engineering processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.Qualifications:•* Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.•* 5+ years of experience in desktop engineering or end-user computing.•* Proficiency in Windows and macOS environments, Active Directory, and Group Policy.•* Experience with endpoint management tools (e.g., SCCM, Intune, JAMF).•* Strong scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Bash).•* Excellent analytical and communication skills.Skills:•* Desktop image and configuration management •* Endpoint security and compliance •* Scripting and automation •* Troubleshooting and technical support •* Collaboration and documentation •* Project participation and execution
The base salary range for this position is:
$200,000 - $245,000
Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package includes medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits as well as the potential for an annual bonus consideration.
