General Summary:
The Senior Associate Director of Student Employment Services provides strategic leadership and oversight for the institution's student employment programs, including federal, institutional, and community-based employment opportunities. The Sr. Associate Director ensures compliance with federal and institutional policies, supports student success through meaningful work experiences, and collaborates with campus departments to expand employment opportunities for students. This leader will establish relationships with internal and external partners to provide students with meaningful work opportunities and look for opportunities to grow and continuously improve the student employment program.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred. Minimum of five years of progressive experience in a financial aid office, preferably having worked with Federal Work Study/Student Employment programs. Proven ability to work with integrated Student Information Systems and Customer Relationship Management tools. Preference for candidates who have experience with PeopleSoft and Slate.
