LEGAL OPPORTUNITY OVERVIEW:

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced employment litigator seeking a challenging and rewarding practice. The Senior Employment Attorney will independently manage a diverse docket of employment matters ranging from single-plaintiff disputes to complex multi-plaintiff litigation. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to handle substantive legal work, work directly with clients, and contribute to a highly regarded employment law practice known for delivering exceptional results.

WHAT YOU WILL LEAD:

• Independently manage a diverse employment litigation caseload from inception through resolution.
• Handle a broad range of employment matters, including wage and hour litigation, FEHA claims, wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and other workplace disputes.
• Manage complex multi-plaintiff and representative actions while also overseeing individual employment litigation matters.
• Draft and argue substantive motions, pleadings, briefs, and other litigation-related filings.
• Develop case strategy, oversee discovery, conduct depositions, and participate in mediations, hearings, and trial preparation.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to employer clients by providing strategic guidance and practical risk-management solutions.
• Collaborate closely with a talented and supportive team of employment attorneys dedicated to excellence and professional growth.
• Contribute to the continued success and development of the firm's employment law practice.

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Active California Bar license in good standing.
• 7+ years of employment law experience, with employment defense experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success independently managing employment litigation matters.
• Significant experience handling wage and hour claims, FEHA matters, and other employment-related disputes.
• Strong deposition, motion practice, mediation, and courtroom advocacy experience.
• Exceptional legal writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong professional judgment and the ability to balance independent case management with effective team collaboration.
• Commitment to delivering outstanding client service and producing high-quality work product.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

This position offers a highly competitive base salary ranging from $200,000 to $260,000, depending on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated expertise.
