The Global Technology Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) organization provides executive financial oversight for the firm''s 68,000 technology resources and ~$20B technology investment portfolio. Our team partners across the firm on a wide range of activities including financial control, forecasting and budgeting, performance and business-metric analysis, delivery of weekly/monthly/quarterly management reporting, development of new reporting capabilities (e.g. dashboards), and advising the Line of Business CFOs on opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency.
As a Senior Associate on the FP&A team, you will be responsible for supporting strategic programs and initiatives within the Resource Management group under Global Technology FP&A. This role requires strong analytical, presentation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize large data sets and communicate clear, concise insights. You have have strong project management, planning and interpersonal skills, including excellent written and verbal communication and a solid foundation in business management.
You will partner closely with Firmwide FP&A and financial and business leaders across Global Technology to help define and implement a strategic resource management plan. You will also help build and scale headcount reporting metrics and dashboards to deliver timely, decision-useful insights to senior management. You must be results-oriented, demonstrates strong ownership and follow-through, and is comfortable in navigating ambiguity.
