Senior Associate – Financial Reporting
North Shore of Boston, MA | Hybrid Work Model

We are partnering with a leading asset management organization seeking a Senior Associate, Financial Reporting, to join its high-performing Finance team. This is a strong opportunity to step into a visible, hands-on role supporting complex external reporting across a global platform.

The Opportunity
The Senior Associate will be responsible for supporting the preparation and coordination of SEC and statutory financial reporting, working closely with Finance leadership, cross-functional teams, and external auditors. This role offers a blend of technical accounting, reporting, and analytical work within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare SEC filings, including 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K

  • Support international statutory and regulatory reporting across multiple jurisdictions

  • Assist with financial statement preparation and disclosure support for the holding company and subsidiaries

  • Coordinate with internal Finance teams and external auditors on reporting deliverables

  • Perform financial analysis and ad hoc reporting for senior management

  • Enhance reporting processes and leverage systems/tools to improve efficiency and accuracy

  • Maintain and reconcile financial reporting records across entities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required

  • 2–4 years of experience, including at least 2 years in public accounting (audit/assurance preferred, Big 4 strongly preferred)

  • CPA preferred but not required

  • Strong Excel skills; familiarity with Workiva or ERP systems is a plus

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment

  • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and professional approach
