This role is well suited to a lawyer who is adaptable, collaborative, and energized by the opportunity to work across a wide range of topics in a dynamic and evolving industry.

What You'll Do

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial agreements supporting utility operations, engineering, construction, procurement, and strategic initiatives

  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to build relationships across diverse business functions
  • Intellectual curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to jump into new challenges, wear many hats, and develop expertise across a broad range of legal and business topics

Why Join

  • You'll work across commercial transactions, infrastructure projects, real estate matters, and emerging business opportunities
  • Partner directly with leaders and subject matter experts across the organization, gaining cross-functional experience that extends well beyond traditional legal work
  • Build a well-rounded in-house legal career while helping shape the future of energy infrastructure and service delivery across the region

The role offers a competitive salary range of $165,400 to $223,300 per year, commensurate with experience, education, and skills.
