| The Senior Associate, Logistics is responsible for coordinating and overseeing daily outbound shipping operations for both domestic and international deliveries to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. This role manages international shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and required certifications, while working closely with carriers and freight forwarders to support export declarations, AES filings, customs clearance, and shipment execution. The Senior Associate, Logistics prioritizes and distributes daily shipping workload, monitors carrier performance, resolves delays and issues, and maintains accurate shipping records for audit and performance tracking. Working cross-functionally with Shipping, Customer Service, Sales, Trade Compliance, and other teams, the Senior Associate, Logistics plays a critical role in supporting customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and continuous process improvement. |
