A rapidly growing, client-focused wealth advisory firm is looking to add an Associate Director to their Madison, WI team. This is an opportunity to step into a next-level advisory role, supporting high-net-worth clients while beginning to take ownership of clientrelationships.
ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner with senior advisors to support and manage relationships with high-net-worth clients
- Participate in and help lead client and prospect meetings
- Develop and deliver financial planning recommendations using tools like eMoney
- Prepare and present investment portfolio analysis and related financial materials
- Begin managing a segment of client relationships independently over time
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience
- Support compliance processes and uphold best practices
ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 7+ years of experience in wealth management, RIA, or financial advisory
- Active Series 65 (or equivalent)
- CFP required
- Experience working with high-net-worth clients
- Strong communication skills and ability to build client relationships
ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
- $100,000K salary + 15% bonus
