Senior Associate - Medical Malpractice

HumanHire is partnered with a top ranked Defense Litigation Firm with offices across the Tri-State to add a Senior Medical Malpractice Associate's to their growing teams in NYC/Long Island. They have been in business for over 30+ years and have over 70+ Attorneys across 3 office locations. You can sit out of their NYC or LI office locations when onsite.

We Offer:

• Pay: $165-190K Base Salary plus Bonus! (all in estimate $180k - $200k)
• Bonus Structure: Up to $15K

Senior Medical Malpractice Associate Responsibilities:

• Manage a substantial caseload of complex, high-exposure medical malpractice and personal injury defense cases with a high degree of independence
• Conduct and defend depositions of key witnesses, parties, and experts
• Draft comprehensive pleadings, written discovery demands, responses, and pre-answer, discovery, and dispositive motions

Senior Medical Malpractice Associate Qualifications:

• 4 - 7 years of experience in medical malpractice defense, personal injury defense, or general civil litigation/liability defense
• Must be admitted to practice law and in good standing in the State of New York
