Senior Associate or Counsel – Trust & Estate Litigation

We are looking for a Trust & Estate Litigation Attorney with 8+ years of experience to step into a leadership role within a growing practice group at a well-established Silicon Valley law firm. You'll be the next generation of leadership for a team that needs a strong litigator who can drive case strategy, mentor junior attorneys, and help build out the practice.

What will you be doing?

• Leading complex trust and estate litigation matters from inception through resolution

• Taking over trust litigation work from the current group leader (who prefers to focus on probate and Supreme Court matters)

• Cultivating client relationships and serving as a trusted advisor

• Supervising and mentoring associates as the team grows

• Helping shape the direction and culture of the Trust & Estate Litigation Group

Key Requirements

• 8+ years of dedicated trust and estate litigation experience (no crossover candidates)

• Active membership in the State Bar of California in good standing

• Leadership skills and readiness to be the "next gen" leader of the practice group

• Active in the trust & estate litigation community in the Bay Area

• Willingness to work from the San Mateo office (preferred), Pleasanton, or San Jose
