Position Overview

The Senior Associate will support the development and execution of Newells enterprise partnerships and licensing portfolio while independently managing a subset of partner relationships and smaller-scale agreements.

This role will work closely with the Manager to identify partnership opportunities, support negotiations, coordinate cross-functional execution, and ensure successful activation across Newells portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support identification and evaluation of new partnership and licensing opportunities.
• Manage day-to-day relationships for assigned licensing and partnership accounts.
• Coordinate internal approvals and partner communications.
• Assist in commercial negotiations and contract development.
• Develop partnership briefs and business cases.
• Coordinate cross-functional activation plans across Marketing, Sales, Product Development, Shopper Marketing, Legal, and Finance.
• Monitor contract deliverables, approval timelines, marketing commitments, and royalty obligations.
• Support licensed product development processes and creative approval workflows.
• Develop executive updates, partnership scorecards, and business reviews.
• Track licensing industry trends and competitive activity.
• Maintain partnership calendars, contract databases, and reporting dashboards.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

• Bachelors degree required.
• 2-4 years of experience in partnerships, licensing, account management, marketing, entertainment, sports marketing, or business development.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• Comfortable working with external partners and senior internal stakeholders.
• Curious, collaborative, and proactive.
• Interest in entertainment, sports, licensing, retail, and consumer brands.

The NJ base pay range for this position is from $77,760 to $106,920. Salary will be based on prior experience related to the skills required for this position.
