WHAT YOU WILL DO
We are seeking a highly analytical Senior Associate, Retail Incentives Planning & Strategy to support data-driven decision-making across sales and incentives performance. This role plays a key part in evaluating incentive effectiveness, monitoring competitive programs, and delivering insights that inform strategic planning.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working with large datasets, building reports and dashboards, and translating complex data into actionable business recommendations.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE
Four or more years of experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
Must be a high school graduate.
Bachelors degree preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., modeling, data analysis).
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau.
Ability to communicate insights clearly through presentations and reports.
Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources.
Familar with tools such as Python, Alteryx, PIN Navigator, PIN Explorer, and Market Scan is a plus.
